★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After several calls I finally got a call back and an appt was made for a quote. They were a no show but did show up unannounced a few days later. They took a look at the job, took a few measurements and said they would get back to me with a price and a date. Waited 2 months, nothing. Gave Pureways a call, they gave me a quote immediately over the phone and a date. They showed up on schedule, did a fine job and I etransfered payment. Done!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I needed a gutter repair but all the business were booked up. I sent a picture to Jennifer and she said although they did not have time to get someone to come and fix it, she would order the part and drop it off. I received the part on my front step today! Thank you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So, I called October 1st to get a very simple gutter fixed that was simple at the time, but because I have waited now THREE MONTHS for them to come out, it has caused significant damage to the house. I call and they tell me their crew will be out by the end of the week, and that they are busy, but they never show up! It is now Jan. 3rd!! I suppose because it is not a big $$ job, they don't really care about me. I have tried to call other companies, but everyone is booked. I will keep trying other companies, because this one did not come through for us at all!!!!!
