E	Edward Parker on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely slow service, you never know if they are even going to show up. Booking a cab the night before or in advance in any way will just result in you needing to call and book again. Very challenging.
E	E on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cab was on time and friendly, doing there best at rush hour (when planes coming in/out) only thing is it is "cash only" . Did not know this till I arrived at destination. No signs on back of seat, dispatch did not say. A bit strange in today's technology age. Can be a bit awkward when arriving at destination if you don't have cash.

Came to terrace from Edmonton to visit a friend and I had the hotel clerk call for me. I sat outside in front of the hotel for about 30 mins and then moved inside right in front of the window. No one ever came and the clerk called multiple times and on her 4th call to them they said it was cancelled because no one ever came out, an obvious lie since I never left the front. After waiting over an hour they finally came but by the time I reached the airport I had missed my flight. Absolutely horrendous company.

I called Kalum Kabs the night before my 6am flight from the terrace airport and made an appointment for pickup, in the morning I called half an hour before my scheduled pickup time and they had forgotten about it, they said a taxi was on the way. An hour later the taxi showed up 40 minutes after the scheduled pickup time and I missed my flight. Never use them they are Inept and don’t care.
R	R M on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This company is really terrible. I used them twice before deciding to just rent a car. Both times they were very late. They are cash only but they won't tell you that until you get to your destination. The second time I phoned for a cab and they said 20 minutes. After 40 minutes I called and they told me I was top of the queue. After another 30 minutes I called and they said they were very busy. When I reminded the guy that I was top of the queue and so busyness should be irrelevant, he just said it would be another 20 minutes. Not even an apology or explanation, they really just don't care at all. Luckily I was able to get a friend to pick me up, so we'll never know how long that would have taken. If that isn't enough, the cabs are gross with ripped/stained seats and awful smells. Just rent a car

The odd cab driver is very helpful with helping me load the cab when shopping considering I have 2 children (a baby and toddler) and its hard to... others... not so much. One cabby I wasn't impressed with at all. But other than that. They're usually really nice. Just the one is a little crabby....

We were planned to land at the airport at 10pm but our flight was delayed because of weather until 11pm and it took a long time to get our bags so we didn’t get in the taxi until almost midnight. Our driver patiently waited all that time and he was very nice and helpful with our bags. We were worried because of all the negative reviews but we had an absolutely pleasant experience. Thank you Kalum Kabs!!

The taxi was 20 minutes late arriving, but I had planned for this, so I was not stressed at all. The car was clean, and it smelled “sanitized”, although it was an older vehicle. Luckily I had enough cash because the driver was not set up to accept credit card. I would have given two more stars if the cab had been punctual and had accepted credit cards or debit.
