★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I booked an appointment and took my wife's Mercedes-Benz in for a new set of TPMS sensors. The job was done right, and on-time. It took the car a while to recognize the new sensors, but after a a few drives, eventually the car's system recognized the new sensors. It had something to do with the car's own TPMS. All good. I highly recommend this place! Friendly and professional service! A++++++++++++

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely poor customer service. Argumentative about honoring satisfaction guarantee when a socket broke after little use (not abuse). Not sure if it's the location owner or all Kal Tires, but I'm not coming back...all because of a $20 socket on an overall $800+ purchase

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First time customer. Had a low tire because it had a screw it so I called to see what they could do for me. Fast response and good customer service.
They fixed my tire in 30 mins for $45 (not bad) and they gave me an estimate for new brake pads and rotors at the same time. Clean, professional, and well kept, would recommend this location!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Booked an appointment at Kal Tire for a flat tire. Jim was very friendly and provided excellent customer service. Staff at this location fixed my tire in no time, and I was able to go on my way in a very short time.
I also witnessed Jim assist a customer who was unreasonable, and he handled the situation with professionalism. If only every tire place had a gentleman like Jim!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'll preface this saying I've been to this location several times and haven't had an issue up until now, but this is just unacceptable what happened and it needs to be called out.
Brought my car in for an alignment and wheel balance, had to call back and book a second wheel balance as the handling was worse than when i brought it in. After the second appointment I found that more weights were added onto the existing weights and I was told that my wheel was dented and I'd have to take it to wheel works.
I took the "dented wheel" to wheel works and they said the wheel wasn't dented and it was out of balance, which they corrected. At that point the car had 3 sets of weights on it mixed around all the tires, so I had to book a fourth appointment with a third mechanic to rebalance all of the wheels again and now finally after almost 3 weeks and probably around $250 in service charges and Uber rides my car drives the way it should have the first time I came in.
