★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a semi shoot a piece of metal out onto the highway and I caught it with my rear tire...unbeknownst to me I punched my tire and 60km later I noticed it...however I caught it in time to not ruin the rim...the tire however went to tire retread heaven RIP....you caught me in immediately without any hesitation and before I could even finish my lunch I was on the road again. THANK YOU!

Both times I’ve called to bring my car in, they’ve been more than accommodating and taken my car in right away. Very kind and knowledgeable staff, everybody is friendly and they do good work

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worse service I've ever seen, then continously lie to us to cover themselves for their error. They ordered the wrong tires, then lied about why, charged us over $600 more than they quoted. THEN AFTER PROVING TO THEM THAT THEY LIED, they said they would give us a refund, we went in to get the refund, $30.00, and the person continued to try and lie his way out of it. BEWARE of this place, I've used MANY Kal Tires and never have I had this kind of service,

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a retread tire come apart just south of Cashe Creek. I was able to drive to Kal Tire and they quickly had my spare tire onto the rim and onto my semi-trailer. They were efficient, quick, and knowledgeable.
Recommended!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We blew a tore just north of Williams lake. We pulled into cache creek kal Tire at 730am on the dot after spending the night in 100 mile. They swapped my tire over and had me back on the road in less than half an hour. Phenomenal customer service and so fast. I honestly thought it wouldn't work out so well. Muchly appreciated to the boys there
