Was told it would take 2 days to swap my tires to the winter set... ended up taking a week, and I had to call/go there 3 times to get them to work on it.

Amazing service. Instead of trying to sell me a tire they were able to repair at no cost.

Showed up at the tire shop with a flat tire. On a Tuesday and was told that they weren’t booking and couldn’t fix my tire until next Monday. I guess if you’re not buying tires are spending large amounts of money here they don’t want your business on willing to help.

Everyone is saying they donot pick phone. But. They literally donot care. Wanna to change my booking date. But, I think they have on one phone. Do something instead of making excuse that it is very busy. It is not even busy ?

Beautiful store with great people. Unfortunately, no one answers the phone so you have to call for a week straight or go down. Going to the store is a pain for people who live uptown and only need to ask a question.

Been buying tires for personal and commercial vehicles here for 12 years. I'm sad to say, they've gone downhill bigtime. Placed an order over a month ago to beat the winter rush, they stated they needed two weeks to receive the parts. Went in today after several days of not answering the phone. The order was never placed, and only setup as a quote. I get that they have a lot of new people. I get that there are supply chain issues. I even understand the need to cut costs from a business perspective. However customer service, and this includes communication is a must. Whether a lack of management oversight for training, or just trying to keep clients from going elsewhere with false statements, it's sad to see. Solved my problem with fountain tire in gregoire. 4 days to get the parts in and picked up. Excellent customer service and they actually answer the phone.

I had an appointment for Friday near the end of the day for new tires and a balancing. They said they were running behind but they would complete my car before the end of the day. THEY NEVER CALLED ME and at 11pm I returned to the store and found my car parked outside with the new tires put on. The store was closed at this time and for the remainder of the weekend until Monday and I needed my car for the weekend and to get to work on Monday morning. I took my car and returned on Monday to pay. When I returned I was greeted with attitude for taking my car back and they stated the car wasn’t done yet because they still needed to complete the balancing. Again I needed my car over the weekend and I wasn’t going to let my car stay parked in the sketchy area of town over the ENTIRE WEEKEND! I paid and later returned to have the job completed and was greeted with more attitude and an additional service fee for THEIR MISTAKE! CORPORATE PLEASE DO AN INTERNAL AUDIT OF THIS LOCATION! Incredibly rude, thoughtless, and overall terrible customer service. I encourage other customers to use other tire stores in town.
