★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have dealt with Kal Tire for 3 years satisfactorily, except for over filling my vehicle oil by a half liter plus during an oil change. However a couple of weeks ago called to schedule an oil change and was told they do not offer this service anymore. Called main office and said they did not understand why I was told this, after talking to head office got an oil change schedule and got it changed. Two days later looked under my vehicle and found a large pool of oil on my garage floor, upon further inspection I found that the oil pan bolt was barley on two threads. If I went on a long trip this could of been disastrous! After this spent an hour cleaning my garage floor. After leaking out so much oil my vehicle was still reading way over on my dipstick. Went back to kaltire to talk to owner, owner checked with service tech who said remembers my vehicle and double checked tightness twice. Which frustrated me even further. Owner offered free oil change but no apology. After multiple calls to kaltire rep Iwas offered reimbursement for two oil changes for service and cleanup time wasted, but still no apology. I do not recommend this shop.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I never leave reviews but I feel like this one is very warranted. I don't even want to leave 1 star but I have to......The receptionist and service staff provided awful customer service and were very disrespectful when I came in to get some information. I understand that they were busy but they very dismissive when I was trying to ask some questions. I will not be returning, and will never recommend them. Ford across the street is a much better option who were professional and courteous and helped me out immediately.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought new tires last year & have had to have a few tires repaired. The service was great, tire fixed right away, and all done with no charge. I would recommend Kal Tire to everyone that lives on the Sunshine Coast, they truly take care for their customers!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kal Tire has great customer service as a cornerstone of their business, every location I have been to. Sechelt is no exception to that. I also find them to be very trustworthy when it comes to letting us know what work we need for our car, and what work we don't need. Always willing to go the extra mile.
