★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fabulous customer service. I started a road trip from REGINA to southern Manitoba. I noticed a shimmy in my steering. My friend suggested Kal Tire as the best place to get it checked out. They were very busy but gave me the best service. Super accommodating staff, Ryan went beyond to ensure I was able to continue on my road trip. I highly recommend Kal Tire. My dealer of choice from here on in.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Barb, went out of her way to find me an out of stock tire. When the tire was taking a little longer than usual to come she called and informed me that it was still coming not to worry. Great customer service when getting the tire installed on the rim also.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What a great bunch of guys!! Very friendly, very efficient. They got this gals car in on a Saturday afternoon to fix a tire when I suddenly got a flat and re-torqued my tires while they had it in their shop. Service plus plus plus!! Very happy customer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Last week on my way to the USA after having just changed my wheels myself from winter to summer, I had accidently left a centering spacer on the hub that didn't allow one wheel to seat properly. I knew I needed to take care of the issue quickly because I needed to be over the border and back to pick up US mail before the border closed. I expressed my issue to Kyle at Cal tire and he got me in and out really quickly and being a small job and him being swamped with work he had to get back to, he simply gave me my car back and let me go gratis. This kind of great customer service is greatly appreciated and needs to be awarded in some way. I hope my review helps.
