Kal Tire - Brooks

My Husband, Son and Myself were on our way to our Son's Hockey game, coming from just south of Calgary, heading to Medicine Hat a couple Saturday's ago, we made it about 10 minutes just out of Brooks and got a flat tire, Super stressful situation to be in just off the Trans Canada's Highway, with a time limit to make it to our destination, first we googled tire repair shops, to our surprise there was only two places open? In a place the size of Brooks, just off a major highway? On a Saturday ?? Anyways our choices were Canadian Tire and Kal Tire. We tried Canadian Tire, and they would not even consider trying to help us, even knowing how far we were from home, however to our luck, Kal Tire was open, ready and happy to help us, they were Super busy, they had a waiting room full of customers, non the less our they made or experience absolutely amazing, Laverne was the gentleman that we had dealt with, up front, I must say he went above and beyond for us, he was funny, friendly and I felt like our well being and was safety was his top priority, Myself being employed in a customer service management role in the automotive industry, I was absolutely thrilled with the service we received, and everything Laverne did for us to get us back on the road in a timely manner and safely! I can't say enough about the quality of service we received! I'm SUPER grateful, Canadian Tire didn't have the time for us, had they made an effort to get us in, I'am sure we would'nt of ever had as great of an experience as we did with Laverne at Kal Tire! With all that being said Thank you Laverne, for your hospitality! Keep up the great work! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Super appreciated!

Excellent service. Brought a flat tire in for repair and was in and out in less than 20 minutes. Tire repair guy came right out as soon as I pulled up to give me a hand. Dana was very knowledgeable and professional to deal with when getting a quote on some new tires. I highly recommend this shop.

I've been going to this Kal Tire for over 15 years and bought several sets of tires. I've found that my experience has been largely positive overall, but this depends upon the current manager. I had thought of leaving these guys altogether within the past year due to one manager who had been there for a while. He had been NOT so pleasant to deal with. But recently, Trevor has been great to deal with and I haven't seen the grumpy manager, so it's back to what I've been used to. Just bought another set there and plan to do so in the future.

Bought some winter tyres and wheels here last week. Get them put on Thursday. Everything is good so far. Got the new wheels put on yesterday. Had a glitch with the monitoring system, but stopped in at the shop this morning and the issue was resolved. I already like the winter tyres better than the summer ones that were on the vehicle. The truck handles like a dream compared to the way it handled with the summer tyres. Well done KAL TIRE. I will be back in the future.
