★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have purchased our tires from Kal Tire in Lloydminster for the past few years. My front tires on my truck were only 2 years old with not a lot of miles on them but they were showing wear. I stopped in and asked to have them checked; they confirmed replacement was required. When asked about the short life of the tire, (Once confirming dates and millage) without any question they provided warranty on the tires. Service that I appreciate!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went kaltire today to get air in my tire and the young man working rudely told me no way would he put air in my one tire after checking it because it only had 10% air in it. I told him that I know I needed new tires. He said that I had to leave my car there and I explained to him why I couldn't at that moment due to the job I was on at that time. He walked away not looking back closing the over head door without even putting my valve stem cover back on. If anyone isn't familiar with tire Valve stems when the cover is off u lose air very quickly. I learn that today from tire craft. I went to tire craft across the street he actually took 30 seconds to look at my tire and replaced the Valve stem gave me air and sent me on my way. Iater after my one small job was done I called them back and ordered 4 new tires from Tire craft because customer service is very important to me. Kaltire is one place I refused to get a quote for new tires this year. I understand that people have busy and bad days, everyone in entitled to them, but offer help, an explanation,a smile. Or just be kind to others goes along way.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Big shout out to this location and the technician who helped me around noon on Tuesday Feb. 22nd. I was returning to Tisdale SK. from Bonnyville Alberta. I knew I needed air for my tires. I stopped at a Co-op tried their air got some but the pump stopped and wouldn't restart. I asked for assistance and was told that it had obviously quit working. I tried 2 other places with pay for air niether place worked. As I was pulling away from the third pump when I spotted KAL Tire right behind where I was. I pulled up because the last 2 pumps may have actually released air from my tires and one tire was giving me really low readings .They helped immediately check the levels of all 4 tires even though I was concerned about only one. Filled all four tires and waved me on my way. There was an extreme cold warning that day. Without KAL Tire I'm not sure how different my trip might have been. Thankyou again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Some shady stuff going on here. My sons car broke down and we took it here. After about an hour we get a call with a diagnosis of the issue and they told me that it was a water pump and belt issue. We asked how long this would take and he told us that it would take a while due to “having to order parts from across the border”. Immediately I knew these guys were trying to get a few extra dollars off people he thought were naive. After we called him out on this, he changed the story to “I’m just really busy”. I wouldn’t trust this shop with a tire change.
