K	Kevin Lynch on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Enroute to Alaska, I had a tire pressure problem on the drive axle and the valve was hard to get to. I pulled in and 5 men were working on a large tire problem. They were quick to stop and recognize me with a friendly greeting and the supervisor quickly got someone to resolve my issue. It was the sincere "Welcome and how can we help' and then the immediate work to correct the problem which did take awhile. It was a great experience and thanks to all!!!

I had to go back to the shop in Smithers twice to fix issues after work was done in Terrace. They listened to the issues and fixed them for me for free and on the spot... Great people working there!! And guys at Terrace were super friendly too..!!

Nick (working behind the counter) realized my options were limited and took it on himself to get me back on the road. Best customer service I've had in a long time.
