She took time to explain all the paperwork to me thoroughly and answered all my questions. She was super quick to respond back either over phone or email to my questions. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Be ready to wait as solicitors can delay paperwork & once paperwork is complete they might go on leaves without informing clients. And yes when you follow up & question for delay, receptionist is awesome to tell clients quite rudely that "nowadays everyone has an urgency". So had to remind her that "you being into legal business things are urgent for clients so kindly adhere to timeliness". Will not recommend at all.
