About K & K Training Stables
Our Training Philosophy emphases bringing out the best of every horse and rider that passes through our doors. With not only a desire to change the lives of the horses within our care but the lives of their owners as well. We share many of our own life lessons when we work with the owners and show them how to better understand their horses. Many times the issues in the lives of the owners greatly affect their relationship with their horses - Release the stress in your own daily life.
In 1977 Kelly completed a 3 year apprenticeship at Kale's Arabian Horses in Bellevue, Washington. While there he traveled extensively with Kale's Champion Arabian show string throughout North America. During that time he was able to watch and learn from many of the greatest trainers and breeders of the era. After that he spent a year at Court Stables working with some of the greatest Saddlebreds and Walking Horses of the 70's. This education laid Kelly's foundation.
Since that time Kelly has worked with well over 1,000 horses of all breeds and disciplines. From developing a strong foundation of confidence in your young horses to putting the finishing touches on your Show Horses, Kelly has the Experience and Expertise to help you achieve your goals. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ On March 7/2018 these people allowed a stranger to take my three paints we had boarded without my knowledge. I know they were upset I was behind on fees to which we continued to apologise for. Went through some hard times but insured we'd square up. We found a new place to move them but I was trying to obtain a trailer so I yes I said 'i' could move them. Now I find out these so called horse people just allowed a stranger to take them, why???
