I employed them as the General Contractor as I did a few background/reference checks on them and they were given a high rating by their past clients. Ken Charlton took care of all aspects of the build, from architectural drawings, to demolition, pouring foundations, structural upgrades, framing, managing/scheduling other contractors (plumbers,electrical,mechanical), insulation, drywall, painting and all of the finishings. I found Ken to be very efficient, knowledgeable, experienced and most importantly very good at staying on budget. All of the advice and knowledge clearly comes from a wealth of experience in the building trade. I highly recommend using K & C Charlton Construction If you want to get a quality job done right!

He's got a solid team of professionals and as the lead GC he's terrific. I like that he calls and reports on the job and asks questions before they are issues. Case in point he will call to make sure the placement is correct on electrical and plumbing if the design is not perfect. I really like that he cares that much. I highly recommend. Good Contractors are hard to find. I'm happy I found Ken... he came recommended from the previous owner.
