He works over and above to help in the process of buying or selling a home. Justin not only sold our home but also worked very hard to find our new home. He never gave up till his job was done. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We were so fortunate to have found Justin when we were on the hunt for our new home. As our Realtor, he helped us find the right house in the right neighborhood for the right price. He was patient as we looked at homes over several months and cautioned us about making unreasonable offers when we fell too quickly for overpriced homes.
In short, he was always on our side working to make our house purchase as simple and successful as possible. The best part about working with Justin was that he was always more focused on answering our questions, giving us good advice, and finding homes that met our needs than he was on closing a deal. We would recommend him to anyone.

He is always available by phone or text and you never have to wait for him for hours or days to get back to you. This promptness makes you feel important, and that your concerns matter.
Justin handled the sale of my farm which I lived on for over 17 years. It was hard to let it go but Justin was there to walk me through it and keep me calm. He is an honest man with good instincts and he knows the market well. Justin marketed my farm very well and professionally, with great advertising, pictures and an aerial drone video.
Justin handled the showings very professionally and always confirmed with me when he or another realtor was coming by, and gave me lots of notice. Justin handled the eventual buyer with politeness and professionalism that was impressive to watch. I was comforted knowing Justin Mangat had my back, and my best interests at heart.
Now that I am in search of a new house to buy, I am again using Justin to help me with this purchase. Justin isn't about getting a quick sale, or pushing you into a house that isn't perfect for you, he takes his time, shows you a lot of houses that meet your criteria, and points out any flaws he sees with each house for your consideration.
Justin is a straight shooter, and if you are looking for a realtor I would definitely recommend Justin.
