My name is Marcie Granger, and I am a Holistic Therapist, specializing in mind, body, and soul work. With a masters degree in Marriage and Family Therapy and as a master Reiki practitioner I incorporate all my skills to benefit my clients, so they may become embodied individuals who function with conscious action and thought.

We all experience triggers and have response systems to those triggers. The goal is to recognize when we are triggered and instead of having an unconscious reactive response, we instead are able to regulate in that moment and takeconscious action that we won’t necessarily regret at a later time. I assist clients with trusting their intuitive knowing and integrating their Self-worth.

This allows folks to find a self-governing way to be grounded and interactive within the world they live in. Collectively we work on methods that provide a sense of agency that nurtures their being. People can create transformation in their lives when they are able to accept and work with all aspects of the Self.

I am currently providing in-person and online sessions. I work with individuals, couples, poly relationships, and families of all different configurations. Historically, I have worked with children, teens, and their families for over 30 years. I have a solid understanding of ability differences and the complexity individuals and loved ones with said differences encounter on a daily basis.

I have also spent 10 years living in Northern Manitoba. This opportunity allowed me to engage with and integrate some indigenous perspectives, teachings, and understandings. My lived experiences thoroughly inform my practice. Theories that enlighten my practice are Family of Origin Work, Internal Family Systems, Attachment Theory, Somatic Body Work, Trauma, and Neuroscience. I am happy to offer a free 20 min consultation call, as it is my belief that the therapist and client alliance is of utmost importance.
