They responded to my enquiries promptly and offered lots of friendly advice. I ended up renting a ten yard bin which I put to good use getting rid of some damaged trees and other yard waste. From the owners of the company to the people dropping off the bin, I could tell they all appreciated my business and wanted to make sure I was satisfied. It's refreshing to see a company that really does value their customers. I will be using their services again in the near future. Thank you Junk It!

Each time the bin has arrived on time and placed exactly where expected. They take care to protect my driveway, and not damage trees, shrubs etc. They are pleasant to deal with, professional, and deliver real value.

Delivery was on time, the driver was friendly and put the bins exactly where we'd asked; the bin was as advertised, and the pickup went smoothly. If you're doing a DIY project renting from them is a good idea. The only tradeoff is that they can't tell you when in a day the bins will be delivered or picked up, but then you don't have to be there for them to deliver or pick them up. I'd use them again.

The visit went exactly as had been promised... I got a phone call in advance, they arrived when they said they were going to and they swept up after. I was taking the advice of my contractor to book the smallest bin and when I said how much I had in my garage, Junk IT recommended the medium sized bin. Good job they did as I filled it up. Hassel free, didn’t need to be there for drop off or pick up. I would highly recommend this to anyone looking to rent a bin. I will probably use their full service next time with the great experience I have had.

I called in on Friday and Chris at Customer service placed the same day order so that I could take advantage of weekend time, and I still got the discount for online order. Bin was dropped before 5pm, exactly what was described, only it came earlier, that is a big plus as I could start packing on Friday. I could also tell driver was experienced as dropped the bin not only as requested, but carefully protect my driveway also. Overall experience with this bin rental is nothing but pleasure. I highly recommend Junk It.

So the old hardwood with nails ended up sitting at my garage. I decided to have the whole family wearing old leather gloves to move the hardwood to a dumpster bin. But it was so hard to get a bin during busy spring and normally the company wants my credit card for deposit even before I see the bin, so I searched online for alternatives. Luckily I found Junk-it and impressed with the reviews. I booked online with $25 discount and 2 young men showed up with a nice truck the next day. They did an excellent job without any complaints about the nails and swept my garage floor afterward. The final price was $316 including taxes. I am so happy to my garage back and found the price is more than fair ( same as using the bin). I will give Alex and his partner a A++ rating. Plus Junk-it gave me a 2 hour slot to wait at home so I did not have to take much time off from work. They even confirmed the reservation and time the night before they came. I have not been so satisfied for a long time with any company. Junk-it please keeps on with the excellent services and thanks again.
