★ ★ ★ ★ ★ J’adore que les saveurs des glaces et sorbets sortent des sentiers battus. Les changements brillamment exécutés sont rafraîchissants selon moi. Mon coup de cœur va au sorbet à la rhubarbe. Il va s’en dire qu’on ne peut passer à côté du gelato au chocolat, le chocolat étant la spécialité de la maison.
I love that the flavors of ice creams and sorbets go off the beaten track. The brilliantly executed changes are refreshing to me. My favorite is rhubarb sorbet. It goes without saying that you can't miss chocolate gelato, chocolate being the house specialty.

La tarte au chocolat est incroyable, les chocolats vraiment de haute qualité et les pâtes de fruits à se rouler par terre… ajouter un service vraiment agréable et des prix très abordables comparativement à ceux des chocolateries de mon quartier à Montréal… une belle découverte et elle fera partie des détours que je ferai lors de mes voyages Québec- Montréal. À visiter sans faute et cela vaut le détour…
I stopped there this week following the recommendation of a friend… WOW!!! The chocolate tart is amazing, the chocolates really high quality and the jellies to die for…to add really nice service and very affordable prices compared to chocolate shops in my neighborhood in Montreal…a nice find and she will be part of the detours that I will make during my Quebec-Montreal trips. To visit without fail and it is worth the detour…

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The most original flavors of ice cream I've tasted, and all of them delicious. (Basil, beet, sorrel, sweet corn, and of course chocolate!) The dipped cones come in a number of choices, too. Just delightful!
