She used a lot of different methods and offers them in a natural way so that it doesn't make me feel like I'm being handled. She is a warm person and and an experienced business woman and she knows how to translate this into an amazing hypnotherapy experience. Would recommend to anyone, but as an entrepreneur myself, her sessions were exactly what I required to support my growth in difficult times.
