He is on the phone most of the time, so good luck even getting through. Keep looking, there are much better apts available in that area.

The onsite manager/superintendent are always available and are quick to resolve any issues. The apartments are very large and the building is very well maintained, at all times. Its a very quiet building and tenants are very friendly. If you've sold your house (like we did) and are looking for a great place to live you won't find a better place than this apartment building.

Whenever there is an issue, they get right on the solution. I never have to wait for them to act on any concerns I may have. The staff and management are very friendly and always have a ready smile. And you can't beat the location! Keep up the good work, Osgoode! ?

Friendly and always helpful staff, nice neighbours, spacious residential parking, both underground (covered) and open-air, nice resident's lounge on the rooftop! Overall, very nice and positive living experience!

This included virtually viewing the apartment, application and rental process and touch less move in. Some furniture was delivered early and the management took care of it. The apartment is the very spacious compared to anything else downtown.

There seems to be entire low income families in their studios squatting because it's cheaper for them(questionable from the legal standpoint). This building has more akin to a cheap co-operative housing than a residential complex managed by a professional apartment company. Smokers going haywire too. The place is also a never ending construction playground. There are constantly contractors tearing down everything and banging/cutting all over the place(like EVERY single business day of the week there is severe noise disturbances caused by their contractors/staff). Nails and construction junk everywhere in the parking lot. Poorly insulated units too(some tenants throw parties and are very loud). Overall very noisy place. Place is plagued with problems(building from the 60s). They keep shutting the water off because of plumbing issues. Elevators are out of order all the time. 2 laundry machines for the entire building that go out of order for weeks(or more months) at a time. Like another reviewer was saying, overpriced rat cages managed by a very incompetent company. They(Osgoode) also do yearly draws if you give them a good review. This is why they have such a good online reputation. Such a scam this company. They treat this place as a workspace rather than a residential complex.
