★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Found customer service extremely lacking. I visited the showroom at least a couple of times and none of the staff were friendly or welcoming. In fact, they always seemed more irritated than anything else that there was a customer to be assisted and one salesman had a very unpleasant attitude and manner, almost downright rude. I was given wrong information about the status of a certain tile by an uninterested employee who couldn't be bothered to verify the information. I ended up going to Western Marble Granite & Tile and found the same tile and lovely staff who were willing to actually make a call for accurate information and turns out instead of it being backordered for 12 weeks as I was told at Julian's, it only took a week to arrive. If you are a homeowner looking for tile for a project, go elsewhere - Julian's is only interested in you if you are a major contractor.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The customer service was awful. The staff we're very unfriendly. We had purchased from them last year with a much better experience so we went back. This time not so much the sales staff we're arrogant and stand offish it was a very unpleasant feeling which is unfortunate because they have a great selection but we could not wait to leave. We ended up going to a competitor right after with a much better warmer experience. Sorry but I wouldn't recommend visiting Julian Tile with the current staff there.
