Julia probably wrote up over a 100 offers for us, she took us to so so many houses. If we were unable to get to her or her to us, she would set everything up through our phones. If Julia was unavailable (Which was not often) she would always make sure to get an available agent for us so we could get to a house asap. You can not go wrong with Julia as your agent.

Because I don't drive she actually brought me to several houses for viewings. She also always gives me great advice on what needs to be done to my house to prepare it for sale. This did not work as many agents did not even respond by phone call to show the houses they represent. After many unreturned phone calls we were recommended to Julia by a friend. We are so grateful because she is very nice and professional. If we had questions at any time during the process she was quick to return texts and phone calls, and always knew or found out the answer. She always went above and beyond even making appointments in neighbouring cities in one day as she knew we were coming from far away and wanted to make sure we saw everything we wanted to. And I want to mention she always did this with a genuine smile without ever making us feel like we were a bother, which really helped during a stressful time. We highly recommend her to anyone who wants a dedicated professional who treats you with respect at all times. When we choose to buy in the future we will be calling Julia again.
