About Jubilee Mennonite Church
Jubilee Mennonite Church is a congregation of about 70 people who are committed to:
Reach out with God's Good News;
Serve in Jesus' name;
Know one another in loving community;
Grow into spiritual maturity;
Worship God with all we have and are.
People who attend Jubilee are young and old; some of us are in our 50s& 60's and some in our 20s; some of us are older than that and some younger. We are students, builders, teachers, homemakers, retirees, nurses, artists and many other professions. Some of us have come recently to Canada; others have lived here for many generations. In short, we are typical of the people in our community.
We are followers of Jesus who are shaped by and committed to the Anabaptist stream of the evangelical Protestant church. For details, see Affiliations.
Jubilee was formed in 1995– see Brief History. Some of us have only recently become part of this congregation. We invite you to join us.
