Ate Juanita Power was professional and personal as the head of this team. She never made me feel uncomfortable and helped me every step of the way.Krystal was our real estate agent. Can’t speak highly enough about her . Her professionalism, knowledge, honesty, integrity and hard work ethics are very much appreciated and respected. She is detail oriented, honest, good with people. These ladies definitely have a passion for what they do and you can tell that they love their job and the services they provide. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Art Armante was a pleasure to work with. Art's leadership and client service was remarkable from start to finish. We felt supported along the way and he took ownership - you'd think it was him buying a house :)
Even after possession, he followed up to make sure things were going well. We consider ourselves lucky to have been referred to him.
It was also great to have Juanita come in when needed to add useful perspectives as negotiations went on.

They made what could have been a stressful and difficult process as seamless as could be from staging to listing. They were great at giving us the right advise and list of things needed to get takers and spike interest in our home. It was sold in less than a week and had back up offers too. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When we planned and decided to sell our first time home that we lived for 5 years in a timely manner that selling house is at competitive market, we knew that getting a good quality, valuable, professional and responsive realtor significantly counts a lot. Without any hesitations, our long time known person being a realtor with great experience in the field, we contacted Beira Zamora to represent us and take care the marketing of our home to sell. Doing our part to optimized the "value to sell" of the house, Beira, being an interior designer also in her previous profession guided us in the work process of renovations to the every corner of the house to beautify and and enhance the quality of the house. When the time comes that we seem the house is ready for selling and put into listing in the market, Beira facilitated it as expected and immediate responses from numerous buyers to view the house for sale. Quickly with just about five days listed in the market, offers have been received and the decent buyer sent an offer and placed serious intent to buy the house. In the process, a bought deal was closed. Krystal explained everything in a way that was easy to understand from the making the offer, to working with the mortgage banker and the builder. This made it really easy to move into in less than 2 month.
The best realtor I have ever dealt with. Very professional, experienced and helpful agents and brokers. Highly recommend.
