★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had booked an H2S course and then was sick on the day of the course. I phoned the office and they just told me to attend the next course which was two days later. They forgot to tell me that I had to pay for the course again and that the $200 from the first course was non-refundable. I had already taken a first aid course which I had no problem with! Invoice says nothing about cancellation fees Beware of this company!!!
