They told us that we would save money within the first year and good to their word we saved about $70K. We only pay for the long term disability, Critical illness portion plus what we use for health and dental and a small percentage to JRP and to Claim Secure who looks after the processing of our employee claims. JRP are very quick to respond to any concerns and are very helpful when any problem arises They do as they say they will and have never let me down. They made the transition so easy to switch over. I was very skeptical before changing over to them as it seemed too good to be true and I suspected that they would be like most benefit brokers and raise the cost the 2nd year to recapture the lower premiums used to win our business, but as they stated no premium increase and we continue to save money every year. Whenever I have a question or any one of our employees has a problem, Mary Ann at JRP is quick to point us in the right direction to find answers or help find a solution I highly recommend the switch to JRP
