Not only did Josh handle the listing docs and sale with care and professionalism, he went above and beyond to help with a lot of little things.(Finding contractors for small repairs and picking up the cable boxes were a HUGE help as I live in Alberta!) He kept me completely informed of any other listings and sales as well as enquiries/comments from other realtors.
