They are always professional and prompt in replying to any of the millions of questions that pop up when you're making such a large purchase. They are transparent throughout the entire process and as a result, it's clear and obvious that they are acting in your best interest with every decision they help you make. Their experience is so apparent when you see the connections and knowledge they have. Jordan has been involved with us throughout the entire process, from helping us build up credit scores all the way to getting the keys to our new home, and we are so grateful for him, Alison, and Annie.
