J	Joanne Hicks on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst service I've seen in..... ever. The food was not too bad, however we only received 3 out of the 4 breakfasts we ordered. When the server realized she made a mistake she said she was new and still learning. That would have been understandable if she didn't charge me for the 4th breakfast we didn't get.
T	The Forkman on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The rooms great. The dinning room service was poor food was like warm. Had to go up to the bar 3 times to get the waiter to come back to serve us. Yes the owner gave us a discount but still wasn't a great experience
R	Rylan Anger on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you have any respect for your health or hate being gaslighted this is not the hotel for you. The buildings are run down and have a serious mold issue. When I let the staff know that the room was moldy they told me that it had been checked and they no mold was found. (Despite how obvious it is in the photos) They switched us to the room next door and it had the same issue with black mold throughout the bathroom. Needless to say I did not feel comfortable staying the night. Take what you want from this review but 200 a night for a 40 dollar room full of mold is not worth your time, money, or effort.

Half hour after arriving we were asked for drinks, half hour later we were asked for about appetizers, almost 3 hours later our dinner arrived and incorrect and only barely warm. Got there at 7. Ate after 10. Absolutely ridiculous. Un organized and half asked. Waste of money, and thanks to the ( and I mean lightly) to our ha ha ha server for smoking cigarettes and handling our food .
v	vintage 1925 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have become regulars. Enjoy Saturday nite entertainment variety. Food always great. If something has gone wrong or slow because busy the manager Jeff will do what it takes to make it right. He and chef Ryan want you to come back. We found that out first hand.

M	Mark Crocker on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It may not be fair to criticize the staff who were there....BUT! IT WAS 90 minutes before we got our food. It wasn't busy. They claed no staff in . No one wants.to work. It was Sunday. Lots of sledders. A few hours later my son, his wife and kids came in for dinner...left after 90 minutes... they had appetizers and were waiting to order dinner....that order never taken. Staff were all socializing...ignoring ONLY table of customers in the place. They went to PS to eat... food was fine... but you can't be in a hurry.

We will definitely be staying here the next time we are in the area. Way better than any hotel in Parry Sound. Thank you Jolly Roger Inn see you soon.
