J	John Kato on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This appliance powerhouse has been a Northumberland staple for over half a century. They truthfully service what they sell, which, in itself, is a huge selling point! Prompt and courteous delivery and installation always available. The interior of this warehouse/showroom is in VERY desperate need of an update and remodel. The salespeople don't feel like they are on commission, which is always an issue elsewhere. My Family and I have been shopping there for many years.

We contacted Allison who helped us navigate the supply chain challenges that many industries are experiencing, consulted with us on the feature sets we were looking for, and then secured the inventory and stored it for us until our recent move. Subsequent visits to the store included viewing floor models to ensure we were happy with the specification, and full confirmation of the delivery requirements. To top it off, we moved in last week and the delivery crew landed precisely as promised and proceeded to install/setup every appliance, cleanly, quietly, and efficiently. We saw them a few days later delivering to a neighbour, and they checked in with us to ensure all is well. Great organization, we highly recommend their services and products!!! Keith McCrea

Despite all the delays with appliances during this pandemic, I was able to get the exact dishwasher I wanted, at the cheapest price I could find, and it came in within 2 months which is unheard of these days. Harold called me right away when it arrived and delivery to our place was immediate. Thanks for such a great experience and will be buying my next appliance here.

My main issue is their attitude on the phone; rude about my last name, rude about looking up my order, etc. When you call, it feels like you are bothering them....

I bought it over the phone and it was delivered to my home north of Peterborough THAT NIGHT!!! You can't get that service from big box stores! Thank you Paul and the team! Will highly recommend and I will be a return customer!

After an hour passed, we decided to call to see if they were still on their way, and of course they weren't ? now we are being told that they'll come tomorrow...we were also not given a reason as to why they changed their minds/schedule. we are first time customers, and this will probably be the last time we go with this company for our appliances.

One appliance had an issue and she sent someone right away to take a look and make a service report that the maker needed to replace it. Highly recommend the store and especially Allison to anyone looking for appliances.
