★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't ever go to this place. Staff are very unprofessional. We asked if they can do our taxes and they accepted it. They had our documents since mid March and we have followed up since April 1st. They kept promising they would call everytime we call but never did. They dont return calls nor emails. We only received an email after I was almost ready to pull out our documents. Everytime we followed up, we get snarky response from receptionist. Very unprofessional, disorganized and poor client relations both from receptionist and Accountant. I wouldn't recommend this place to anybody. I almost pulled out our papers 2 weeks ago as I was already sensing they dont prioritize us. They kept using excuses that they are working on some US taxes but they don't seem to realize we have been waiting for our taxes to get done as well. Next time don't accept job from people if you can't do it or dont intend to do it. Have the decency to inform your clients if you are unable to fulfill the job. And know that when you yell and scream on the phone, your clients hear you! And it's not cool that you give our papers back undone 1 day before tax deadline when you could have just called to return it to us couple weeks in advance.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ HORRIBLE SERVICE!!! The worst bookkeeping service I have ever dealt with. They are ignorant, Incompetent and unprofessional. I have called several times trying to get a simple Expense statement they prepared, and we paid for, for over two weeks now. They avoid our calls, don't return calls, and have many excuses as to why they can't take the two minutes it takes to print or send a copy. "She's too busy, She has other deadlines, She is unavailable". BLAH! BLAH! BLAH! What they don't have is a sense of consideration for MY deadlines, responsibility for completing their tasks or the professionalism to return our calls. I have numerous complaints about this company. This is an over view. DON'T USE THIS COMPANY. YOU WILL REGRET IT. I have been in business for over 17 years and can say with certainly "WORST BOOKKEEPING EVER"
