★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have not met Ian and I suppose I won't. I phoned and left a message asking if he was accepting clients - No response. A week later phoned again, (feeling more distressed), left a second message asking for the courtesy to reply - again no response.
I feel ignored, and rejected.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have known Mr. Johnson for a number of years now. He has helped me through some very difficult times in my life dealing with cancer, a husband that was unwell, and eventually the death of my husband. He has an amazing knack of letting you talk and making suggestions which opens the door for maybe to look at things in another light. I know a lot of those times I felt so low like I was at the bottom of a dark well. At least when I left there I had things to work on and look at in a different light but most importantly I left his office with a ray of sunshine in my darkness.
I don’t know how that man can be so strong for so many people. I think sometimes even he needs to have a little rest at the end of a long day and a long week. Yet he can still be able to step up to the plate and help anyone if it’s urgent after hours.
