★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Johns Southward LLP recently represented me following a serious motor vehicle accident. Ryan Ashmead, one of the partners of the firm, was my lawyer for this matter. I suffered serious injuries due to the MVA including multiple fractures requiring multiple surgeries.
I found Ryan and this firm to be very supportive and helpful throughout the entire legal process. His Paralegal, Tara Kirkland, was highly responsive and super helpful when I inquired about anything on the matter. Ryan and his team facilitated meetings with top medical specialists in BC. These doctors helped with my lawsuit, and also with my healing process. Although we were very prepared to go to trial, Ryan was able to settle the matter on the first day of scheduled hearings, procuring a significant financial compensation which I was very happy with.
I highly recommend Johns Southward, and Ryan Ashmead should you ever be in the unfortunate circumstance of needing an excellent team of lawyers and assistants.
