This school is under par at best. If you are considering going here to learn English, expect that the fact that the government supplements the revenue of the school so that immigrants can better assimilate into our canadian culture will be held above your head. Meaning, expect ancient teaching techniques and disgraceful services from the principal, who would rather see people lose their passion to learn english then take on the responsibilities of doing her job. Bravo! You make me as a Canadian feel embarrassed of not only my heritage and culture, but that you are embarrassing to our public education system. On top of that, she threatens students who decide to leave this mediocre school that she will make sure they don't get accepted at any other schools. Disgusting.

My two kids have been going to this school for 4 years. Very multicultural, love the fact that they have a lot of tutorials. A lot of activities and most of the teachers are understanding except a couple, that is understanding compared to other high schools. No high school is perfect lets not forget. But JFK has a lot of programs, tutorials and a lot of assistance for students.

One of the best high schools ever. I previously went to another high school, which was alright, but after becoming a student in John F. Kennedy High School, I improved my grades, had a better social life and also ended up getting awards and medals that I have never even heard about in the past. The students, the staff, everyone is very friendly and helpful. Honestly, I do not understand why the current student count is so low when it's such a great high school.

To start off I wouldn’t even give it one like if I had the option. School is really horrible I went, graduate, was the hardest time ever. staff don’t care about kids, go against certain kids cuz they have their own options on us. Also staff is suppose to be helpful and help students go through difficult time against others but no they don’t care. Like the staff can’t take their own responsibility, they are just careless and that’s all. I really won’t recommend you bringing your children here, had a worst experience. Can’t believe how rude and disrespectful the staff is against children. Like they say bullying is not tolerated but yet they don’t look at themselves and see how they treat most students. Really unprofessional and disturbing.

I have called repeatedly to take a math exam to get my marks up for my trade and they refused to give me one, they gave me 2 in the first month that I tried, a year later they still refused. They said Its a waste of time because I'll just fail again, a get is once a year, math exams can be done anytime. Their stopping me from have a good future,

I went to high school here for 5 long straight miserable years. I graduated 6 years ago. I mean I heard through the grapevines it changed a lot since the last time I’ve been but when I went it really was something else. I had some amazing good teachers and I had some who didn’t deserve to be teachers. I did have good memories but I wouldn’t repeat one single day not even if you pay me.

I registered at JFK Business center alittle almost a decade ago now. My experience was with mixed feeling. I attended after two years of college prior and was seeking to learn from a real life experience. during my time at the JFK business center I was bullied by a student for not being able to attend her birthday "party" close to completing the hospitality course and my experience went downhill from there. Somehow the educator Antonella Russo got involved because of the student. After completing the theory portion of the class i had to complete a stage in order to receive my Vocational certificate. During my stage i was also being bullied by one of Antonella Russo's prior student which reflected on me overall during my one month stage and unfortuantely did not qualify for the job due to the prior student. Furthermore. I receieve a call from Antonella Russo where she addressed her concerns in a threatening manner and to be very honest i was confused at the fact that i believe i was developing wonderful relationships at the location where I completed my stage. I pursued another field after this experience and have no regrets.
