★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was invited to the Christmas potluck this year, and it was well organized and decorated. Joe Rich residents obviously care about their community hall. I learned that the building is used for many activities. I've also heard that the regional district doesn't care much for the hall and the committee in charge of it has to continually justify its existence. I hope the regional district changes its tune because the hall seems pretty important to the community.
