I operate a small painting company and I started using Jobber just a few weeks ago. Jobber will exceed your expectations when sending off quotes and invoices. They have a trial free offer so you can try it for a few days. I would highly recommed just trying it. When I first tried it, I sent myself an invoice to see what it looks like and I couldn't believe how they helped me deliver such a professional looking invoice. It is so incredibly user friendly you will absolutely love using this software.

Dedicated Lawn Care and Pressure Washing: Jobber has changed how I operate my business along with how I carry out business with clients, this being a necessary and beneficial change. This program or something like this (which I don't know of anything else) is a necessity whether your business is small or big. On the other hand, I would like to see a skip button for scheduled clients (in the case that business with that client was skipped that day). My only real concern is the price. The first year promotional pricing is awesome, but after the first year it nearly doubles, and that scares me a bit. I do always try and recommend folks, which has earned me some free months, but eventually I am going to have to pay the full price.

As the owner of a new business, we searched intently for a customer service module for our commercial roofing company that would meet our needs and provide the best customer service in our industry. Jobbers not only has done that but has grown with us as our business has expanded. The system is easy to learn and has adapted to our needs as they have changed. The prices are very reasonable and the service has been great as well when needed.

I can't say enough about Jobber. At the death of my husband last year I felt compelled to take over his business. I had absolutely no working knowledge of his or running any business. Jobber was a lifesaver and a business saver. It allowed me me to have a grip on all aspects of running the business. From initial phone calls to client contacts to putting together a quote then making it into a job being able to see when and how the job was completed. It enabled me to oversee communications between the office and the crews and finally the invoicing of the job and me being able to see what money is coming in and where it needs to be followed up. Again thank you we are running a very successful business and I attribute the lion share of that to the organization that using Jobber gave us!

Jobber helps me to run my business while on the go. I can schedule, bill, create quotes, collect payments all from the ease of my phone or tablet. It also integrates easily with quickbooks so I don't have to make duplicate entries'. It's very intuitive and easy to train new employees to use.

We have not had one customer complaint until we started using Jobber. Within the last month I have had 4 complaints. Customers don't feel it is user friendly when paying and tipping. We also don't find it easy to navigate or user friendly. You can't view multiple team members schedule at a time. I don't like that their form says powered by Jobber on our website. I am paying for a service, they shouldn't use us as advertising. Also, when booking jobs the software does not calculate gst, which is annoying when I have to add it up for the customer while I am on the phone with them. Jobber doesn't send notifications once an invoice has been paid like Square does. They also don't offer options for booking window appointments and they told me I would have that option... Search options are limited. We will cancel as soon as we find a better fit.

We use Jobber to manage an electronic sales and service company. We were able to configure the software in a way that allows us to take care of both in-store and on-site work and billing in one place. Jobber has helped us automated and consolidate many processes. The other highlight of this company is the support team. They are always VERY quick to respond with real answers or work arounds. We have been with Jobber for a year and love the product

I love the one on one training offered by Jobber. Very responsive customer service if there are any questions. The client portal is very secure while being user friendly. I love the feedback element and the built in appointment reminder feature. Jobber has a fantastic product. I look forward to a long term relationship
