★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a difficult time finding a good engineer I could work with in Kelowna for some time untill a friend told me about Joseph. I enjoyed working with him and the drawings were both well prepaired and thorough.
One previous group I was involved with gave me incomplete work that was missing adequate information while another engineer I had to constantly prod for drawings to go by had his ticket pulled by the city in the middle of a job.
