He was very prompt with his communications, gave us a clear expectation of what he was going to cover in his inspection, was very thorough and was incredibly professional and polite. He had our report to us within the same day of the inspection which was greatly appreciated as we were woeking with tight timelines. We used him last week and I've already referred him to a friend because our experience was so good.
Also, being a woman and in a same sex relationship, I'm always nervous about how I'll be received by contractors. Jeff treated us no differently than any other couple and made sure we felt comfortable and included in the process of the inspection.
I would recommend his service with confidence to anyone in need of a house inspection.
