The mechanic assigned to our vehicle did an excellent inspection and gave me a written explanation of what was found and what was needed to bring the brakes back to manufacturer specifications. I was given a detailed estimate and an expected timeline to complete the work. When the job was completed I was happy to see no surprises on the invoice. Both the estimate and timeline came in under the quoted estimates. When was the last time you had work done and it came in cheaper than expected. NEVER, EH!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been coming here for about 4 or 5 years and they are the most knowledgeable and professional shop around. Always friendly and they listen to you about what you're experiencing with your vehicle.
They have a great office and if you need to check on the work that they have done on your vehicle it is a simple computer check (unlike other places on the island that still use paper records which seem to get lost so they change the same parts twice).
Pricing is always fair no matter what work is being done and it is completed quickly. Not to mention they have the best waiting area I have seen in a small Automotive shop.
