★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Would give zero stars if I could. General manager Steve Kallweit literally laughed at me as I called freaking out because I shook a permanent marker jiffco pen and it exploded across my nursery ruining newly painted walls, a rug, and new hard wood floors. He told me that’s impossible the pens don’t explode and I told him well it’s not impossible because it did. He went on to tell me that they’ve been scammed before insinuated that I was LYING why the eff would I lie about this?!? I offered to send pictures!!! Steve Kallweit Is truly terrible at his job and a disgusting individual. Hire better.
