C	Cindy Neufeld on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Drivers are polite, people on the phone are lovely, but this is a work in progress. The JetSet that you used to use likely went bankrupt. This has a number to call and shelters built of pallets to wait in. You can’t see the pallet structures and they won’t find you. Don’t go.

Unable to make and save profile changes on cell phone. Unable to amend parking dates ( flight cancelled due to fog). Would be convenient to amend / extend parking dates and payment on website and streamline exit from the airport upon arrival.

Tried to plug car in as knew needed warmth as older car. All plugs nearby dead. Had trip, was away for 5 days during cold snap in Edmonton. Returned, called for shuttle, arrived and dropped quickly. Tried car - dead. Called for assist, took 4 times to connect. Person who handled boost ok, car started. Again had to spoke to helpline to get out due to debit card.

The initial response from the JetSet office at the airport was not very sympathetic, and I cannot imagine that this is the first car this has happened to. There are no cameras, and security is evidently lacking. It’s not worth the stress, hassle, and cost of returning home to a damaged car. Better to pay extra for a secure lot.
T	Todd Bourdeau on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have used Jet Set numerous times in the past. They are very competitively priced and have been very happy prior to recently. Our plane was late and we arrived around 1am this past Friday morning. After getting luggage proceeded to door 3 as there is some warm shelter there and it was the closest to our baggage drop off. Called and asked when a bus will arrive asked what door I was at said 3. Responded by we don’t pick up at door 3? Said there is a sign there we only pick up at door 9. Then a bus pulled up driver got out and again informed us we don’t pick up at door 3. I replied why do you have a sign here then? Again only pick up at door 9. I go to door 9 and call when a bus going to arrive I was told there is one there I see the white bus. I go there it says transit ask if they go to jet set told no. Again had to call. This all took 45 minutes to get a bus. Very frustrated with jet set and I hope they get things together as I have been very happy with past uses.
C	Chris on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The drivers were very nice and accommodating and the cost of parking was competitive. However don't believe everything you read on their website. Left my truck there for two very cold weeks knowing that if my battery failed they had a boosting service. As I feared when I got back to my truck, a newish V8, with a six month old battery, it turned over once and died. No problem, I'll use their boosting service. I called and 40 minutes later a guy shows up with a hand held booster. Didn't provide enough juice to turn the starter. His reply, this doesn't work on all the cars, you'll need to call a tow truck. Long story short, yes it was cold out, but when you say you provide a service you should deliver. I'd park there all summer long, but never again in the winter. Made the trip back to the airport the next day with my friend and his vehicle. Booted off his car, and drove home.
H	Harish Kashyap on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lots of parking spots with plug in facility. Shacks are heated and not made of pallets, well I didn't see anyone as some people mentioned. Great deals available. I parked for 1 month in just $80. Just came back from my vacation. Shuttle drivers are super nice and helpful. No one is physically present there but things are organized properly. But still as per my opinion there should be atleast one per person available to fix customer's issues. My credit card was recognized by the machine at the time of entry but denied at the time of exit. But the representative i called was nice to understand my issue and solved it with in the matter of time. Thank you good job done. ?
K	Kirk Dewhurst on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Plenty of parking here. It lives up to its name there is parking spaces available here for a reasonable price. I paid about $40 for a week of parking. There are shelters available to stay in while waiting for the shuttle service to the airport. Easy access to park. And the shuttle service is very regular. I have parked here a few times now and the experience has been good.
