I had broken, damaged, sad hair when I walked into her beautifully well kept salon. She is very professional, well knowledgeable and has an extreme eye for detail. The strive to have you leaving satisfied is unreal, she does not stop until you are absolutely in love with the work she provides. She takes complete and total pride in her art. Hair was not offered to be replaced by owner and nor was a refund. She clearly does not stand behind her “super high quality” motto. After spending $1800+ and no offer of solution after removal, I would not recommend this extentionist.” I tried to explain that it may have been a bad batch etc and was never replied too. I don’t want anyone else to lose their hard earned money on a product that will not last more than two months and offers no guarantee if the quality is unacceptable. I had them removed by another extentionist as they were shedding so badly I could not leave them in as I work around food. The picture is of a 20” after 8 weeks.
S	SIDR PHIL on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First time was a great experience. Second time. She was abusive and even made me cry. Then a week later noticed black hair amidst my extensions. No chlorine no bad shampoos/conditioners nor hard water. Had said in private conversations that I did think manufacturers maybe had a slight glitch. She became defensive then again offensive and said it must be my fault… I had only washed them once. I don’t recommend this woman to anyone.

I use the term work with because she includes you in the process if you are entertaining a style change and open to ideas. I have never had so many compliments on my hair until Jess worked her magic.
