Customer service was a little lacking with the front desk staff. But all in all, decent.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wouldn’t recommend this notary for a number of reasons as there are plenty that offer better customer service and cheaper rates for legalization of a property sale. Communication was nonexistent during signatories and I had to call numerous times to receive my own documentation online upon completion. You’re just a number here and it’s a bigger one than you expect in the end, comparatively elsewhere.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor customer service and communication from staff. Cost way more than estimate. The Notary didn’t even introduce himself to me when I signed paperwork, instead I only met the secretary that rushed me through within minutes. On the bright side, there were no mistakes with the paperwork so they did everything right with the job paid for but they make you feel like you’re not important.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The female assistant to Jessie has no clue about customer relations. She is condescending, rude to the core and if I’ve known before hand, never would have gone there. Luckily Jessie was able to finish what she started.
