I do enjoy this store but they never have what I am looking for and don't even offer to transfer it from another location. Also the staff wont get up from behind the counter, even when you need help with something.

Jersey City had poor selection- I was given a gift and wanted to exchange the gift as it was the wrong size - I tried to buy some Blue Jays product or some CFL products, but limited stock - I asked for my money back and all that was offered was a gift card - poor policy and based on the policy I will not be back

I went into Jersey city after searching the mall for anywhere that could embroider some bridesmaids gifts and having no luck. Not only were they able to embroider my gifts, but the price was very reasonable, and they helped me pick a couple matching hats for me and my husband! Great customer service! Cant thank you guys enough!

I went to purchase a Chicago Bears t-shirt for the game today. The staff was polite but informed me that she had zero Bears products. Let me pose a question. Assuming sales lag after Xmas wouldn't you...as a business try to explore every option to increase sales during this period? Bring in apparel for the team's that have qualified for the playoffs, put them on a rack out front and promote the he'll out of it. It baffles me that the people running this company haven't the slightest amount of common sense to realize this. This is not rocket science people. The girl made the excuse that they don't send her this apparel. How about the managers thinking for themselves instead of just waiting to open the boxes when they get unloaded. Try taking the initiative people!! No wonder everybody orders online. Do you want me to support a locally owned business, or send money to the US to get a simple..low cost t-shirt.....Good God...I hate to break it to you.,.but not everybody loves Edm, Calgary, Toronto, Patriots Steelers, or Sask...arrrgh....I will never....I repeat never darken there door again.

My wife went into this store to buy me a surprise jersey for my birthday, but they did not have the specific jersey in stock (Boston Bruins, Bergeron #37, it is amazing btw). They had informed her that they were out of stock in the Large size, but that it should be in within a couple weeks. Unfortunately it would not make it in time. Thankfully they told her that a courier had one and could drop it off within 45 mins. She was extremely grateful! Sadly the happiness was short lived, because another lady had come in conveniently looking for the exact same jersey. The two gentlemen running the store told her the story and apologized profusely. She unfortunately was not having any of it. After saying a VERY derogatory comment to my wife about β€œthe country she would be sending it too”, she tried to bribe them into giving it to her for more money! Even getting them to call a manager! Thankfully everyone involved from Jersey City, including the courier were extremely supportive and helped my wife as much as possible. I would like to personally thank everyone involved and let you all know that I will continue to shop here and you have earned my respect.

I was there last week, while searching for a Tshirt which is all in a round hanger, i was approach and told that i can only touch 3 shirt to choose from and it is hard to disinfect? given the pandemic i totally understand that there are certain rules that should be imposed??? but not quite sure how? in the sense that you could not really see what your buying not unless you have to physically touch the product! i kept observing the drill after my purchase for a bit and there are customers that are not being told that would randomly touch and go, i have been a constant customer and fan of these establishment for years as i love their products and i just felt that it is somehow relates on who is entering this place!
