★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They don't know how to take care of afro hair. I called in advance and I let them know my hair type and the lady said she could do it but after my hair was washed it was left to dry with no leave in or moisturizer and its comon knoeledge that afro hair gets dry and brittle very easily.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I called to book an appointment, talked to " Andrew" said I need a consult but would glad look at the style I want, sent an email and follow up with a call 1.5 hr later, he says nothing has come through yet.
I am like, emails are instant I confirm the Email.
He told me to call back later, and am like really, am not calling back.
If you don't want my business, I will take it elsewhere. so rude!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing salon. As a student, I don't have a huge budget for expensive hair services. I usually only get a trim and always feel ripped off when I go to pay. This salon however is priced similar to other salons but I walked out feeling like I had really got what I paid for and more. They just go above and beyond, making the whole experience relaxing and enjoyable. Beverley cut my hair and did a phenomenal job. Best part about it though has to be the beautiful salon in house cat ?. 10/10 would recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been getting my hair done (cut and colour) by Leah at Jerome Salon for nearly 3 years now. She has taken my hair from an ombre blonde, to a gorgeous rose gold, and back again. She always listens to exactly what I want, gives me realistic advice, has amazing attention to detail and perfectionism, and strives to ensure I am 100% completely happy with my hair. It takes a lot for me to trust someone with my nearly waist length hair, and with Leah, I know she is going to always make sure I leave happy.
The salon itself is bright and open, and all of the staff are very friendly. I highly recommend Jerome Hair Salon, and Leah in particular!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I saw Rachelle at Jerome recently for a haircut. I had been wanting to change my style for a long time and Rachelle was immediately enthusiastic and helpful. She took a minute to walk me through some images of the cut to sure we were on the same page, and had me tell her what I did and didn't like about the slightly different cuts & styles. I've literally never been so happy with a haircut. She gave me the best haircut of my life and I really couldn't be happier about it. I've had trouble finding a stylist in Calgary that does a good job of curly hair, - I would recommend Rachelle to anyone with curls. She is talented & delightful.
