★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to regina farmers market and stumbled upon this hidden gem today. We sampled their jalepeno chedder goat sticks and their goat jerky! Absolutely delicious!! Was hesitant on trying there ground goat meat to make homemade burgers but took risk and tried something new! to my surprise this lean meat with very little fat still turned out very tastey and tender. With the added spices of a recomended recipe online, this tastey non-traditional meat had tremendous new flavours with every bite! Would definatley recommend to stop by the farmers market in regina and check them out!! The steak will be next to try out. Looking forward to it!
