★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No development or growth. You're hired to do one job and you have to do it with what you've learned elsewhere. You're just a body that can always be replaced. They're not interested in retaining you. Management is a fake elite that sit up in the clouds divorced from realities of the front line worker. Take it or leave it attitude. You're expected to work more hours than what you were hired for and "for free" while you're at it. In short, don't count on getting a job there, and even if you do.. don't count on keeping it. They hire you then look for ways to fire you. Stay far far away. Don't waste your time
