Dean and Nathan were so helpful and very professional with the building and installing. There were no surprises. We got much more than we expected because of their suggestions and advice. After contacting Michelle we were quickly provided with plans for our new kitchen. Michelle was fantastic to work with, going back and forth, until we had everything finalized. Dean and Nathan were professional and did an amazing job of installing the new cabinets. They were tidy, paid great attention to detail, and worked in a timely fashion that had minimal impact on our family during the install. From the moment we walked into the store, we felt very comfortable and at ease. Michelle was very helpful in explaining their standard cabinets, which are far superior to some of their competitors’ standard ones. We had our quote in less than 24 hours, where as it took another company almost 2 weeks just to give us a price. The installation process went well and was up to our expectations. They even gave us the leftover pieces of oak, which enabled us to build most of our Fireplace Mantel, so that was another plus. We were very pleased with the quality of the cabinets and the service that we received and would definitely recommend Jazz Cabinets to anyone who needs a new kitchen or other cabinetry work completed. Even with the changes the quote was also less expensive. So it was a no-brainer that we decided to go with Jazz! Michelle was fantastic to deal with, our emails were replied to right away. She was so patient while we took our time looking at their samples. We love our beautiful new kitchen and highly recommend Jazz for their quality cabinets and great customer service!
