Nous avons vraiment aimé la qualité des conseils que l'on nous a donné. Ce sont de beaux produits et nous avons été séduits. C'est une place à recommander pour ceux qui veulent acheter des canapés d'excellente qualité et produits au Québec.

Très belle salle de montre avec une grande quantité de modèle. Des produits Québécois de bonne qualité. Roberto notre conseiller a fait le tour avec nous, a répondu à toutes nos questions. Il aime ce qu'il fait ça parait, il connait très bien ses produits, très professionnel. Merci pour vos précieux conseils!

Après la visite de plusieurs magasins de meubles pour trouver notre divans ,ma copine et moi avons eu un coup de cœur avec pour le Jaymar 2 places . Nous avons visité leur salle de montre pour confirmer notre achats. Dès la réception, nous avons constaté que la densité des 2 assises n'était pas conforme.En effet, l'un était ferme et l'autre était souple. Nous avons été surpris et déçu pour un produit aussi dispendieux et en plus, fait au Québec. Après un appel au service à la clientèle, ils sont venu corriger l'erreur. Un mois après la réparation, nous avons constaté que le confort était loin de celui que nous avons essayé en magasin et en salle de montre. Clairement il ne s'agit pas de la même qualité. Le représentant est venue chez moi et m'a dit que pour lui tout est normal et de ne plus les contacter! En comparaison, mon divan Elran vieuxde 10 ans me soutient mieux et ne me donne pas mal au dos. Mais pire, après seulement 6 mois, nous voyons clairement des plis dans les cuirs et aussi que les 2 dossiers se sont affaissés prématurément, photos à l’appuie. Nous jugeons que ce divan est de piètre qualité. Nous sommes extrêmement déçus pour un divan de 6500$ et fabriqué au Québec. Ne gaspiller pas votre argent sur eux. Photos prise après une changement de mousse et moins de 1 ans après la réception, usure prématurée visible

I purchased a sectional, and they said the wait time was 6 weeks. I only received it 6 months later. Not satisfied with the quality and communication from Jaymar. I would never purchase anything else from them.

Jaymar was suggested by a friend who had previously purchased their products and was extremely satisfied. After researching their product, I found out about the showroom. I first visited on a monday alone and came back the following saturday with my wife. The whole experience was great... From the warm welcome to the detailed product explanation, I loved my visit! Well made sectional, but cheap switch and switch wiring for the motorized chair. After 3 years of light use, the wire broke. I would of liked to see better quality electronic materials for the price of their product. Other than that, the foam is of good quality and the material is well finished, although it seems to stretch some what where we sit often. Some creases are appearing unfortunately in some cushions.

I purchased 2 Jaymar sofas and one reclining chair from an Eastern Ontario furniture dealer in July 2017. Unfortunately the retailer is now out of business. I am having problems with the recliner chair which has ceased functioning approximately 3 months ago. When I discovered that the retailer who had sold me the furniture, which he ordered from Jaymar, was no longer in business I tried contacting Jaymar directly for assistance. It has been my experience that all calls to the Jaymar customer service department are routed to an answering machine which promises a return call within 24 hours. My first phone call to customer service in mid September 2020, was never returned. A second call on September 28 when I left a call back number and no other details was returned and when I explained my situation the person I spoke with indicated that she thought the issue might be related to a defective switch and requested that I send a copy of the invoice relating to the purchase so she could proceed with the matter I did so on that same day. On October 8, 2020, as I had received no reply to my e-mail I sent a further e-mail requesting an update. To this date, I have not received any response from Jaymar. Two other messages left on the voice mail system of the customer service department have also not been returned. The cost of the equipment purchased exceeded $10,000.00 before taxes. I am very disappointed with the manner in which I have been treated by this manufacturer. November 13, 2020. As promised by the owner in his reply, I was contacted by a customer service representative and a technician on the day following publication of my review. The technician attended at my home this morning and replaced the defective switch. The recliner chair is now working well and I am pleased with the repairs. I am advised that the issues I have experienced resulted from of the Covid pandemic and were not typical. As I am very pleased with the sofas and chair which are solidly built and made with high quality materials and workmanship I have changed my rating to 4 stars.

Very nice displays and options. The lady who helped us Myriam was very professional. Wish we could buy directly from there instead of going through retailers (and their commissions).
