Granted given everything going on I can give that a pass, but reading other people's reviews it makes sense how he is concerned with theft. He was asking us, in an awkward way to put items up on the counter, to "leave our hands free". Sorry man, you didn't leave me with warm and fuzzies. Not the experience I wanted in your store.

M	Matte Hummel (Angry HEO) on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It’s so weird to say this. But they sell fudge here and it is absolutely killer. I got myself maple walnut fudge! And the wife got skor fudge…. Both ate ours within a 10 minute span. And that’s pretty darn sweet to be doing that. If you’re not into the minerals and rocks. At least give the food to try it’s deadly!
R	Relaxing music on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ MUST READ THIS Was asked multiple times to hold my crystals at the front. Along with very rude customer service when i came in the other day to buy minerals i spent a large sum of money. My second visit was horrible was followed around the store by a lady. Asked multiple times if I need help. Along with them trying to charge me $9.00 for a item that is priced at $6.00. I had to make a scene not to get charged 9. The selection is nice however the staff are disgusting would not recommend this store. The worst thing is after i paid the lady was saying have a nice day in a rude tone towards me!. I hate to have to write a review like this however I am still angry and annoyed. Their are other mineral stores in town that are way better 100% i hope this review helped you!:)
J	Jesse McLean on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ BEST LOCAL ROCK STORE IN JASPER! Very friendly service. Nice and organized. Very spacious! Beautiful rocks, jewelry, and home decor. Premium kitchen gadgets available as well! Highly recommend leaving with some of the homemade fudge!

Expensive for a lot of the items however you can find super cheap items for their value if you know what you are looking for! I would recommend this shop even if you were only looking. What an amazing collection of everything, their is literally something for everyone here. From nightlights and candle holders to utensils... ???

Staff is very knowledgeable on their stock to the point of being able to visually identify many rocks that don't have price stickers on them. Staff is also extremely friendly. It's good to see the staff in jasper have adopted a "kill them with kindness" attitude in spite of all the lack of patience they've been faced with due to the customer service staff crisis.

Extremely friendly and helpful staff. I was just in Banff and seen almost the exact same bracelet as the one shown for $4 more than it was here! I knew I had to get it, and don’t regret it at all. Great service, great products, great store!
