S	Sylvia Hildebrand on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had an amazing experience at Jasmine! My friend's and I all got pedis/manis done this morning to celebrate our first semester at post secondary being over. We were greeted and seated right away, the staff were very attentive and let us chat during our time there, with very polite interruptions to discuss the services we were having done. We received adorable little gifts for the holidays when we checked out. I would definitely book there again!! We were discussing making a Jasmine outing a little tradition we do after each semester, the service was amazing!

Another lady walked in after me but the 2 nail technicians offered her a chair and asked her what she wanted done before me. Also the nail technician that did my nails kept getting interrupted and had to answer the phone and other customer that walked in. This was discrimination and don’t recommend this business. I had to give this business rating 1 star to publicly post this but I don’t mean it.
C	C pannarale on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My girlfriend and I chose this place because of the nice pics on IG, good reviews, and the option to enjoy a drink during our outing. Place was nice and clean and person who checked us in was friendly. I had artificial nails removed and the process was quite uncomfortable as usually I get the nails soaked or they use a nail drill to thin down before removing which was not the case. However, they insisted that cutting them off and removing them with an artificial nail was the only way. I've actually never had them removed this way and it was not a pleasant experience. After that and moving on, I enjoyed a nice moscato and didn't have any other issues. I waited for my girlfriend to finish her nails. My nails were never put under a dryer or anything while I was waiting. Below is what my manicure now looks like 5 hours later which could be due to not a proper drying process or I'm not sure why but I"ve never had a fresh manicure from a salon turn out like this shortly after. While I don't expect a regular polish to last long, I do expect that polish should look good for at least a few days. Based on my experience, I will not be returning.
c	carly sebelius on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I got a fill on my gel nails and shellac pedicure. They were fast, efficient, and friendly and did an amazing job on both. The salon is very clean and well maintained and love that they have the option to have a drink while you’re getting your nails done.
R	Rebecca Lima on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love how my nails look after every appointment, and they always last without breaking or chipping until my next appointment (4 to 6 weeks). I've only had Ada or Chloe do my nails. Both are fantastic and pay close attention to detail.
M	Monique Dam on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Walked in to see 3 nail techs. The person who seemed to be in charge told me to sanitize my hands and take a seat. Upon arrival and throughout my stay, the space was very fresh and clean. It was bright, which was nice, and made me feel awake. It was spacious and did not feel cramped. Sink area was nice and clean. Overall, a very nice setup and space to be in. I waited a few minutes as one of the ladies finished up with another customer and she gave me some color choices. I was undecided between a few reds and what to do with my ring finger. Nail tech was very knowledgeable on color contrast and really listened to what I was looking for. I chose an oval shape and she consulted with me how the shape was before she finalized my acrylics. Mild pain when buffing, filing and cutting my cuticles, but that's expected. At one point when applying the acrylic nail, she did cut off a little too much and had to peel it off, and buff it off. She did accidentally buff my finger for too long and caused me a bit of pain. But she was apologetic, and applied pressure to relieve the pain. My nail tech was very friendly and made very nice conversation to begin with. I did not continue to conversate as I wanted her to concentrate and not rush. Nail tech was very professional and nice. Quick drying and was in and out in an hour. Would go again! ?
D	DS on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My girls and I now come here for our Pedicures. We get the Gel Polish standard Pedicure and they are the best! Everyone is so friendly and the atmosphere is inviting. Spacious salon! They even serve alcohol if you want a drink! Anna does my pedicures and I love her! Worth the drive to see them if you aren't close like me! Thanks!

The nail tech I had was open to chat but also respectful about how I don't chat much. The nails came out perfectly, I never have had a nail tech care so much about the outcome of the nails. It made me trust the business overall. Usually, I'll sit and worry during the average nail appointment but this experience was so relaxing, and easy. 10/10 definitely going again
